Job description

You will coordinate and execute day to day administrative and legal formalities; meeting our legal and contractual requirements ensuring we comply with Company law.

Building strong and effective relationships with colleagues and the wider business is an essential requirement for all our people.

You will assist with New Business Acceptance Committee (NBAC) processing, setting up the forms before take on, filing forms and notes post take on, assist CDD reviews and update the CMP spreadsheet.

You’ll need to be thorough in all you do, using your own judgment to highlight any significant finds and put forward any recommendations to help us find an appropriate solution.

You will work closely with the Compliance Team supporting them to ensure risks are managed appropriately, assist with our Compliance Monitoring Programme (CMP) tests. Monitor, update and escalate any open items on the Compliance Monitoring Programme (CMP) schedule 

You’ll need to be a team player at heart with an eye for detail. Great organisational skills are a must have for this role so you can plan your day.

Previous Compliance Administration experience.
