Job description

A new exciting role has opened up in our Regulatory Reporting team where you'll be a vital player, creating value and making a difference to our fast-paced organisation. Every day brings a new challenge so you’ll need to be a team player at heart, with an eye for detail, great organisational skills so you can prioritise your day and sometimes with conflicting deadlines that still need to be met.

As a Regulatory Reporting Officer, you’ll be assisting with the delivery of high quality service to our internal stakeholders. You’ll need to be switched-on, organised and have an eye for detail so that you can assist with performing a variety of tasks accurately and in a timely manner:

  • Support in the preparing and collating of information required for the annual FATCA and CRS submissions.
  • Provide assistance for the completion of Jersey Corporate Income Tax Returns required for foreign incorporated companies and companies that have no relevant activity for Economic Substance.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback on regulatory administration matters
  • Work proactively and collaboratively with all Trust Administration Team Members and Regulatory Reporting Team Members on all regulatory reporting administration tasks
  • Assist with data quality analysis, preparation of regulatory reporting information and submission of reporting on a timely basis

Qualifications

  • The right to live and work in Jersey
  • 2 years’ experience within a finance role
  • Experience within a similar role is preferred
  • Working towards a relevant qualification
  • Ideally membership of relevant Professional Institute
  • Excellent written & communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Packages
