Job description

Integration Analyst for Transformation and Integration supports strategic and transformational initiatives spanning the organization. For identified initiatives, this position will support all initial and ongoing project management requirements, including project approach and plan development, project tracking and monitoring, issue & risk management, project & team communications, meeting facilitation, and project reporting.

 

Responsibilities

  • Support delivery of the Integration and Transformation objectives ensuring that the services delivered through this team are of the highest standards
  • Support multiple functional and cross-functional workstreams in the execution of activities to ensure successful integrations/transformations.
  • Assist with the development of project management tools and resources that can be consistently used across identified initiatives, including project plans, project tracking tools, and related items
  • For assigned projects, develop project-specific documentation, including implementation / rollout plans, training and communication materials, weekly / monthly update presentations for executive leadership, and related items
  • Collaborate across functions and departments to ensure project-related requirements are successfully delivered to support active projects
  • Meet business transformation project deliverables on time and within scope and budget
  • Contribute to the Strategy and Vision of the Transformation of Client Services
  • Provide support to the Individuals within the team and the broader teams that will be used to deliver the Transformation agenda

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in Business Administration or a related field
  • 2+ years management information systems, finance, accounting, or consulting
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with all levels of the organization
  • Experience in M&A transactions/business integration/separation and/or operational performance improvement a plus
  • Strong business acumen, with analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to understand how business model decisions impact operating model design/execution across operations, technology, risk governance and organizational design
