Job description

Compliance and regulations has never been more complex; you’ll need to understanding of ACRA’s regulations and guidelines including KYC/AML compliance requirements, risk rating a variety of client structure that includes Corporates, Financial institutions, Trusts and Funds

You will carry out file reviews and due diligence checks necessary to on-board our clients, Perform regular periodic reviews of cosec clients file based on review dates and provide a list of KYC required to update compliance records

You will need to well-versed in World-Check (Refinitiv) ensuring Sanctions, PEP and Adverse Media / Negative News screenings performed

You're other focus will provide a list of KYC documents required based on the clients structure in order for front line staffs (Client facing) to collect the required documents from Client which includes the collection of Source of Wealth & Source of funds and CRS FATCA

Balancing your day with different priorities and working closely with your colleagues to on-board our new clients is essential. You will check all accounts according to KYC principles and ensure that the account parameters and data have been correctly set on the core systems and that all documents meet the necessary requirements, highlight potential risk clients to local management or Group Risk Committee for their approval if off boarding of clients required

  • 1 – 2 years’ experience or experience in a similar role would be an advantage;
  • Prior experience to online risk rating portal or KYC experience

  • Self-motivated team player
