Your key objective is to lead and add value to our client service delivery team and continually look for ways to help our team get better at what they do, in the most efficient way possible. As the team’s Director, you’ll have the duty to be a role model for all of the staff across the business. Knowing how to build an effective team by motivating and developing, fostering open dialogue, working collaboratively and instilling trust, through honesty integrity and sincerity and delegating your day-to-day tasks to your team will be your main focuses.

Your curiosity and eagerness to learn, grow and with your passion to make a difference will all be key to build strong relationships and connect with our clients.

Every day is a new challenge so you will need to be a team player at heart, have great IT skills, an eye for detail and be very organised so you are able to prioritise your day and work to strict deadlines. Strong communication skills are also a must to help us increase productivity, efficiencies and deliver the highest level of service. You will need to be switched-on and have an eye for detail.

You will actively manage the performance management and development of all direct reports, ensure that all reporting deadlines are met, with oversight on planning, scheduling, and monitoring of workloads and take ownership of the performance of the team(s) to achieve all desired results.

As part of the leadership team, you will contribute towards the business by being a member of risk and operations committees, identifying improvements in policies and procedures, and assist with the development of systems and procedures. You will also need to: develop and monitor the implementation of strategic business plans and recommendations to enhance financial performance and new business opportunities; work closely with the Business Development and support teams in order to grow and support the Funds & Institutional team; and maintain and build client relationships and act as a client relationship lead assisting the teams in the event of any issues.

Together we find solutions and make things happen but to do this we want you to contribute; looking for ways to help us get better at what we do in the most efficient and effective way.

Your long-term career goals are important to us too. We want to make sure we’re providing the support and opportunities you need to achieve your dreams so we can build a successful future, together. We will provide the necessary training to enhance your professional development.
