The Process Automation Developer will be instrumental in helping us to take the next step in maturity by developing robust, intelligent, and scalable automation solutions to reduce time and cost, to increase consistency and reduce effort and human error.


  • Main responsibility is to utilize tools and scripts as necessary to develop scalable and efficient process automations/workflows and reusable components that can be used across different IT systems and services
  • Design, document, develop, test and execute automation plans
  • Contribute to solution documentation to support solution transition into the BAU environment.
  • Define, promote and utilize best practice for process automation.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to others seeking to utilize these technologies to automate and streamline existing manual processes.
  • Work with internal colleagues and external partners as part of global virtual project teams to design fit for purpose solutions which deliver real value.




  • Experienced in identifying and analyzing manual processes and translating these into working solutions
  • Experience in working on global projects
  • Experienced in creating documentation to support solutions
  • Experienced in developing solutions utilizing a number of different automation techniques, either in house, off the shelf tools or script.
  • Experienced in the end to end process of design, document, test, deploy.


  • Experienced in using automation tools (AD Manager Plus preferred but not essential)
  • Experienced in developing scripts to be used as part of the automation process
  • Experienced in scripting in a Microsoft 365/Azure environment
  • Able to produce technical proposals or project documentation
  • Excellent customer facing skills
  • Able to work in imperfect circumstances
  • Strategic thinker, able to see the bigger picture and understand decisions and potential impact.
  • Able to work in a high pressure environment and effectively deliver competing priorities
  • Knowledge of O365/cloud collaboration environments
  • Knowledge of working within a Business Service aligned Service Delivery function.
