Job description

Following the phenomenal growth in regulatory requirements and demand by global financial institutions to adopt purpose-built leading compliance technology, MaxComply’s team is expanding globally. The Client Support Analyst role will be pivotal to the continued success and deliver unrivalled first line contact support to our external global client firms. Further details are below.

Responsible for:

  • Providing key support to inbound/outbound users of MaxComply platform to resolve customer issues and requests within strict Service Level Agreements.  
  • Answering questions from customers about the features and capabilities of the product.
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate internal team member with clear handover comments.
  • Working with the team to help design improvements, add value to the solution, and produce both customer-facing and internal documentation in line with company standards.
  • Participating in continual service improvement activities to add value to the services provided to customers.
  • Configuring MaxComply for clients against requested regulatory and business processes requirements. 

 

Qualifications

Skills & Experience:

  • 1-2 years experience working in a similar role
  • Demonstrable empathy, patience and understanding with users
  • Proactive approach and ownership of tasks through to completion
  • Problem-solving nature, investigative and diagnostic skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent command of English language (other languages are beneficial)
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Has internet capability to support a Work From Home (WFH) setup (at least 25mbps)
  • Amenable to work in a Shifting Schedule.

Previous experience working with client facing responsibilities, similar compliance software or in the financial services industry would be beneficial.  You would be joining a very well motivated team that are proud of this world-leading product and strive to deliver 1st class service at every client interaction.
