We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our growing Asia business. This is an exciting new role supporting stakeholders across all segments and channels. We are looking for passion, energy and commitment in a dynamic, global and fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be a key member of our Asia business along with the global marketing, PR and communications team operating in a pivotal role to deliver strategic and tactical requirements.
You will responsible to creates collaborative relationships through effective communication and customer focus. Action orientated and resilient. Anticipates and balances the needs of multiple stakeholders considering cultural and ethical factors. You need to have strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple activities concurrently, Follows through on commitments and keeps confidence. Open to new ideas and a sense of fun
You will build the IQ-EQ brand across Asia. Increase brand visibility and name recognition in our key client segments. Identification and coordination of IQ-EQ webinars and in person seminars . Ownership and management of IQ-EQ memberships at industry groups and chambers of commerce
You will also need to build relationships with industry and financial press to ensure IQ-EQs executives are seen as industry thought leaders
Identification of potential topics and coordination of the development of thought pieces and white papers. Lead promotion of the pieces with industry press, industry groups and multiple channels.
You will partner with Global Marketing to ensure the IQ-EQ website reflects the Asian business capabilities. Develop country and product plans to increase brand awareness (objectives, audience, partnerships, digital, etc.)
Drive the development of marketing collateral, digital and other media in local languages
Track the effectiveness of marketing efforts ensuring our time and budget is concentrated on the most effective and efficient channels
Proactively seek opportunities to further enhance the IQ-EQ “one team” culture through vibrant internal communications
Be the primary contact with Global Marketing
