Job description

Our Funds and Institutional department is looking for an enthusiastic team player, with an eye for detail, to help our team provide a variety of administration tasks and assist with delivering exceptional service to our ever-growing and diversified international client base.  The role is on a team that focuses on a variety of corporate and fund structures holding a diverse range of assets.

Our structured training will help build your confidence, knowledge and development to support our Corporate Team and assist them with the day-to-day administration of our structures. You will need to have good communication skills and a desire to work towards a professional qualification. Some Finance experience is preferred.

Every day is a new challenge so you’ll need to be a team player at heart, have great IT skills and be very organised so you are able to prioritise your day. Strong communication skills are also a must to help us increase productivity, efficiencies and deliver the highest level of client service. You’ll act as a role model to implement our group culture.

Another string to your bow will be to build strong relationships across the wider business and help us ensure we are compliant with applicable laws & regulations, service standards, company policies and procedures. You will need to have a curious mind and use your own judgement to identify any risks or concerns ensuring you report them in a timely manner.

Together we find solutions and make things happen but to do this we want you to contribute; looking for ways to help us get better at what we do in the most efficient and effective way.

Your long-term career goals are important to us too. We want to make sure we’re providing the support and opportunities you need to achieve your dreams so we can build a successful future, together.
