You’ll play a key role in our Funds and Institutional team, creating value and making a difference to our fast-paced organisation.
You will need to be switched-on and have a can do attitude to carry out a variety of administrative tasks. This is a client-facing role where you will administer a portfolio of structures for institutional clients. Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and a methodical approach to your work are vital to enable you to assist the team with day-to-day tasks which will include liaising with clients and intermediaries, preparation of management accounts, review of financial statements, attendance at board meetings, preparation of board packs and minutes, statutory reporting, review of payments whilst adhering to company procedures, delivery of KPI’s, management of internal reporting requirements, including annual reviews; work in relation to FATCA/CRS reporting and supervision of more junior team members.

Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential qualities, which will stand you in good stead as you work effectively and collaboratively with the team, clients and others within the organisation. Building strong relationships and identifying client needs in this customer centric role is important.
