Description du poste
- Development of sales processes from origination to signing :
o Procedures ;
o Committees’ policies ;
o IT Tools (Netsuite moving to new software solution) ;
o Legal (NDA).
- Support the Sales Team in all stages of sales processes ;
- Participation in client meetings ;
- Preparation of proposals ;
- Participation to the IQ-EQ group monthly sales calls ;
- Participation to the pipeline review committee IQ EQ France.
- Development of RfP processes ;
- Sales Team support of Sales Team in RfP processes.
- Contribution to the Products strategy definition ;
- Contribution to the Annual Sales Plan definition ;
- Preparation of marketing documentation and pitches ;
- Market intelligence and research.
- Maintenance and updating of NetSuite (and future solutions) databases ;
- Extraction and review of periodic sales reports ;
- Analysis of budget vs. actual with the support of group Finance.
- Participation to the main events (IPEM, etc.) ;
- Contribution to the development of the IQ EQ brand on the French market ;
- Support in IQ EQ webinars.
