You'll be a vital player in our Private Wealth team, creating value and making a difference to our fast-paced organisation. Every day brings a new challenge so you’ll need to be a team player at heart, with an eye for detail, great organisational skills so you can prioritise your day and sometimes with conflicting deadlines that still need to be met.
As a Senior Manager, you will have the duty to be a role model for all of the staff across the business. Knowing how to build an effective team by fostering open dialogue, working collaboratively and instilling trust, through honesty integrity and sincerity and delegate your day-to-day tasks to your team will be one of your main focuses as an integral leader. Strong communication skills are also a must, to help us deliver the highest level of client service to reflect on our Group culture.
Another tick to your box would consist of building strong relationships across the wider business and help us ensure we are compliant with applicable laws, service standards, company policies and procedures. You will need to have a curious mind and use your own judgement to identify any risks or concerns ensuring you report them in a timely manner. In short, being resilient is essential.
