France is one of the group's fastest growing clusters in the group with funds growth in particular over 30% a year. Due to the increased number of clients and their growing size, IQ-EQ requires a more sophisticated accounting tool to help automate our current processes and create a sleek end-to-end real-time accounting and reporting framework.
Provision of application maintenance and support services, either directly to users of the systems or to service delivery functions. Support typically includes investigation and resolution of issues and may also include performance monitoring; the prime systems are related to entity management, finance systems and DMS, and their interfaces.
Issues may be resolved by providing advice or training to users, by devising corrections (permanent or temporary) for faults, making general or site-specific modifications, updating documentation, manipulating data, or defining enhancements Support often involves close collaboration with the system's developers and/or with colleagues specializing in different areas, such as Database administration or Network support.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be required to assist in areas beyond support and development, such as providing inputs to project work, guidance to other teams and departments, management of application activities and awareness of the wider IT business application landscape.
Also, the candidate will be expected to Identify and resolve issues with applications, following agreed procedures. They will be expected to use application management software and tools to collect agreed performance statistics, and carry out agreed applications maintenance tasks.
This role will predominately support France and Benelux Offices though is part of a Global team. Remote support to other locations and collaboration will therefore be required; with travel as appropriate.
