You will play a key role in our Local Finance team, providing a variety of administration tasks, like the processing of the billing, cash management and support the team to deliver exceptional service to our growing Jersey business.
Every day is a new challenge so you will need to be a team player at heart, have great IT skills, an eye for detail and be very organised so you are able to prioritise your day and work to strict deadlines. Strong communication skills are also a must to help us increase productivity, efficiencies and deliver the highest level of service.
Another string to your bow will be to build relationships across the business to assist the client service teams with finance queries. You will need to have a curious mind and use your own judgement to identify any risks or concerns ensuring you report them in a timely manner.
