Job description

You’ll be highly organised, pay close attention to detail and know your subject matter as you will be supporting and guiding the team on all aspects of Compliance Assurance within the business.

You will need to ensure that all in-house and client operations meet the relevant legal and regulatory requirements and that risks are managed appropriately across the Group in accordance with our Group policy.

Strong communication skills both written and verbal are a must have for this role to build relationships across the business.   

You’ll need to be thorough in all you do, using your own judgment to highlight any significant finds and put forward any recommendations to help us find an appropriate solution.

Your team will be your key focus, developing their skills and knowledge to make it happen. Be bold in your approach and collectively find solutions to achieve the our mission to provide the most efficient and effective support to the local business.

Qualifications

 

  • Strong Compliance experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge, understanding and experience of risk mitigation
  • Excellent working knowledge of the local legislative and regulatory framework
  • Comprehensive team management experience
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
