You'll be a vital player in our Project team, creating value and making a difference to our fast-paced organisation. Every day brings a new challenge so you’ll need to be a team player, with an eye for detail, great organisational skills so you can prioritise your day, deadlines and sometimes conflicting deadlines that still need to be met.
As a Compliance Manager, you’ll be responsible for working with the Project Team, Compliance, Operations and members of the Board. Knowing how to be an effective team member, working collaboratively and instilling trust, through honesty integrity and sincerity and delegating tasks to your team will be your main focuses. Strong communication skills are also a must, to help us deliver the highest level of client service to reflect on our Group culture.
Another string to your bow will be to build strong relationships across the wider business and help us ensure we are compliant with applicable laws, service standards, company policies and procedures. You will need to have a curious mind and use your own judgement to identify any risks or concerns ensuring you report them in a timely manner.
