Job description

A fast-growing firm seeks an experienced Compliance/Legal Recruiter with a can-do spirit and a relentless drive to succeed. Constellation Advisers is currently looking for a highly-skilled Regulatory Compliance Recruiter to join a dynamic organization. As an integral member of the recruitment team you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting as a key element of support of a diverse array of positions across the business.

  • Recruit for a variety of positions across all business lines with primary exposure to regulatory compliance
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of Constellation Adviser’s business
  • Collaborate with teams to deeply understand hiring needs
  • Develop full cycle hiring strategies and interview plans for each role
  • Source qualified candidates, review resumes, and pre-screen candidates while moving the interview process forward in a timely manner
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates and identify talent through established and new channels; leverage personal networks, job boards and social media etc.
  • Develop hiring strategy, staff utilization metrics and other reports to ensure appropriate staffing levels
  • Manage candidates in process and provide them with a positive experience



  • 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on positions such as legal, accounting and investment management
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Linked-In, ATS, and internet search
  • Experience in conducting (competency-based) interviews using the STAR method
  • Experience in using different recruitment channels, including social media
  • Flexible and self-motivated
