We currently have a new and exciting opportunity for a Technical Recruiter to join our Global Talent Acquisition team. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our recruitment team, with a focus on supporting our Group Technology team with their aggressive hiring plans for this year as well as creating an inviting and engaging candidate experience.
The Technical Recruiter will generate and efficiently manage the candidate pipeline across experience levels and geographies. You will work closely with the management team to develop creative strategies to find leading tech and product talent.
Tasks (what does the role do on a day-to-day basis)
- Manage the recruitment process end to end dealing with high volumes of recruitment activity for Group tech
- Develop and driving creative initiatives to build the IQ-EQ brand in the local markets
- Proactive sourcing: Execute on tactical research, referrals, and sourcing campaigns to find and engage both active and passive candidates through proactive initiatives
- Candidate management: Screen candidate applications, manage candidate communication
- Coordinating interviews and diary management
- Manage and maintain SmartRecruiters system and recruitment data base.
