Within the HR department, you will be assisting the Recruiters on their day to day tasks. You will be in charge of organizing face to face and Microsoft Teams interviews, booking meeting rooms. You will publish our job advertisements to different job boards. You will prepare employment contracts, and also prepare and update various reports relating to recruitment. You will also be helping out with internal communication and sourcing of candidates on LinkedIn.
You will have the opportunity to attend job fairs throughout the year and be involved in the employment branding campaign as well. A certain marketing interest is essential, but also great communication skills.
You’ll be highly organized, pay close attention to detail and know your subject matter as you will be dealing with queries relating to all administrative aspects in link with recruitment.
Every day brings a new challenge so you’ll need to be a team player at heart, with an eye for detail, great organisational skills so you can priotise your day. Strong communication skills is must have to build relationships across the business.
