You will be part of the Luxembourg HR team of 8; you will be responsible for a wide and varied range of human resource activities with ownership for day-to-day operations and a key role in managing employee relations.
You will manage the HR Ops processes including “Joiners / Leavers / Movers”, promotion, training, leaves & absences, ensuring the data quality and systems update. You will provide first line advice to our employees on all areas relating to the employment life cycle. You will act as an escalation point to the HRBP and support with triage of HR queries and questions. You will liaise with the public administration, benefits or L&D providers and you will be in charge of the organisation of internal and external trainings, assisting with the INFPC co-financing report. You will monitor our mandatory e-learning completion on a timely manner.
