You’ll be the support for the Head of Client Implementation who is responsible for all client take-on’s. As the first point of contact for our clients you will pride yourself on your customer service and relationship management. Every day brings a new challenge so you’ll need to be a team player at heart, with an eye for detail, great organisational skills so you can prioritise your day and sometimes with conflicting deadlines that still need to be met. You’ll be required to provide support to the Sales team and other teams as required.
You’ll need to be thorough in all you do, using your own judgment to highlight any significant finds and put forward any recommendations to help us find an appropriate solution.
