You will be joining a growing team of 10 to provide a high quality administration service to the business and help achieve the department’s objectives in relation to service standards, compliance, administration and risk management.
In accordance with the CST Product Matrix, efficient delivery of the following items. This includes the overall management and / or support, to include but not limited to:
- Company Secretarial support in execution of specific client transactions
- Operational Support to the business including, but not limited to regulatory and legislative projects
- Ad Hoc Business Support Request
Every day is a new challenge so you’ll need to be a dynamic team player at heart, have great IT skills, an eye for detail and be very organised so you are able to prioritise your day. Strong communication skills are also a must to help us increase productivity, efficiencies and deliver the highest level of client service. You’ll act as a role model to implement our group culture.
