Job description

Blue River is looking for a Senior Manager to support and lead our Sales Support team. This person will report to the executive leadership team and is responsible for CRM oversight, pipeline management and reporting, sales data governance, and management and training of a growing sales support staff.

This person will:

  • Work cross-functionally and collaboratively with key internal stakeholders including sales, marketing, client service and executive teams
  • Maintain internal Client Relationship Management System (CRM) data for prospect tracking
  • Lead the process of updating, distributing, and archiving appropriate business development reports and documents
  • Provide research, analysis, and recommendations on the external environment as part of the development of strategic plans
  • Lead the team responsible for creation, editing, proofing and production of proposals
  • Participate in business development meetings as needed
  • Demonstrate the ability to effectively address (internal/external) client needs and expectations
  • Ensure the success of and oversee the work product of a growing team

  • Has a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Brings 5+ years of experience, at least 2 of which were in a management role
  • Is knowledgeable with institutional CRM software (HubSpot experience is a plus)
