You will draw from your existing Trust experience to build and deliver customer centric solutions to our more complex and diverse portfolio of clients, gaining their confidence and respecting their working style.

Strong communication skills is must have to build relationships across the business and not be afraid to deputise in the absence of your manager, providing technical support to the team and attending client meetings.
Another string to your bow will be to assist your manager and make sure the team is compliant with applicable laws, service standards, company policies and procedures. You will need to use your own judgement to identify any risks or concerns and report them in a timely manner.
