Job description

In this transversal role, the Commercial Director will work closely with the Managing Director, Senior Leadership Team and the Group Chief Commercial Officer to achieve revenue growth in-line with growth targets.

As Jersey’s Commercial Director, you’ll be responsible for developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve IQ-EQ growth targets for the Jersey cluster and throughout the Group.  The Commercial Director’s duties will include achieving annual growth targets, delivering a key feeder development plan and understanding general industry trends.
