Job description

Getting things right and doing the right thing lie at the core of our Operations team. 

You’ll need to be a master organizer, enjoy variety and be a methodical planner as the team have many tasks to juggle from providing technical support on our database, preparing data to assisting with induction training for our new recruits. Your time will be split between supporting our Facilities function and liaising with external contractors, whilst also working closely with our Operations Manager.

As we redefine our processes and procedures there will be various projects that we will need your help with, from gathering information, to digging deep in the detail and liaising with different people to make sure we're on track. You may also need to tap into your problem-solving skills to support the end goal.

Another string to your bow will be to make sure we are compliant with applicable laws, service standards, company policies and procedures. You will need to use your own judgement to identify any risks or concerns and report them in a timely manner, especially when you're reviewing and implementing our processes and procedures with all our FATCA/CRS data inputting.

Qualifications

 

  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
  • Right to leave and work in Guernsey
