The Onboarding Officer is responsible for the entire process and delivery of the activities from offer accepted up to the moment that the Onboarding team hands the client formally over to the Country Delivery Director.
You will work closelycwith the Director Client Management /Business Development (BD) to ensure that all KYC information is provided promptly.
You will need to update and maintain accurate client files, ensure that all client related document are properly scanned and filed and perform client documentation searches across internal and external sites to compile client profiles.
